We offer a free collection service to collect items from the local community, although this is a free service to the customer there is a charge to us in terms of vans, fuel, staff, volunteer expenses, warehousing, processing, and displaying the items in our showrooms. ​​

On average a collection costs us approximately £40. ​

All the items we sell are priced according to their condition and quality to allow us to cover our overhead costs. ​

We start pricing items from as cheap as possible to ensure there is always an affordable option available. ​

As we are a not-for-profit organisation, we charge a reasonable price for items to ensure we can continue offering our services to our local community.
